About PowDer Flush

As a premier central heating cleaning specialist, PowDer Flush stand out by offering an innovative and patented process exclusive to our company in the UK. Our method is uniquely effective in eliminating the toughest and most stubborn sludge from heating systems, thanks to our bespoke machinery and specially formulated pellets. This unparalleled technique ensures we're the sole provider capable of performing this advanced cleaning service.

We can flush copper and plastic microbore heating systems effectively, even with twin entry valves!

We specialise in unblocking boiler heat exchangers and pipework!

Powder Flush™ was ingeniously developed to address the limitations of traditional power flushing, which often fails to adequately remove hardened sludge from older systems or those with plastic piping. In many cases, conventional methods lead to recommendations of complete system replacement/replacement of heating pipework. However, our Powder Flush technology eliminates the need for such drastic measures by effectively cleaning systems that standard procedures can't touch.

Our process involves introducing dissolvable pellets of various sizes into the system's water, which are then propelled through the pipes. These pellets act as a gentle yet effective abrasive, tough on sludge but harmless to the metals, plastics, or rubbers within your system. This ensures thorough sludge removal without risking leaks or damage, capable of navigating through all pipe sizes, including microbore.

Powder Flush can rejuvenate your pipework to near-original condition. Unlike ordinary power flushing, which only targets loose sludge with rapid water flow and chemicals, our method breaks down and dislodges even the most solidified sludge, leaving your system significantly cleaner. Our custom-designed Powder Flush machines boast up to 300% more power than any other power flushing machine available on the market, ensuring unparalleled efficacy.

The effectiveness of our approach is evident in our before-and-after comparisons, showing pipes cut from systems even after standard power flushing failed to clean them fully. A single Powder Flush treatment can achieve complete cleanliness, demonstrating our method's superiority in restoring heating system efficiency.

Why Powder Flush instead of power flushing?

Powder Flush is most often used when standard power flushing has already failed to remove enough sludge from the system or boiler and didn't solve the heating problems (radiators not heating up properly or the boiler kettling and cutting off). This is often (but not always) the case for systems containing plastic /rubber/microbore pipes. Frequently, power flushing companies would not attempt to work on these, while Powder Flush was specifically designed FOR hard to clean and "impossible" systems.

We are so confident in our technology that we can offer No-Fix-No-Fee deals. This option was created especially for customers who have already spend substantial amounts of money trying to get their system to work and are still having difficulties. With no fix no fee you will pay nothing (no money at all), unless everything works 100% when we are done.

 We also GUARANTEE our results.

Great solution for issues with open vented systems

Open vented systems are exposed to the atmosphere therefore oxygen is continually introduced. This causes the radiators in the system to form rust in the central heating water. Open vented systems have more rust and harder rust over sealed systems. Standard power flushing uses friction-less water and chemicals, flowing at high flow rates around the pipes. This does remove loose and some hard sludge, but it does not always remove sufficient amounts to make the system work correctly. It is normal for a open vented system to still have hard sludge build-ups after a standard power flush.

The most popular symptoms of hard sludge build-up in open vented system:

- Vent pipe spilling water into the feed and expansion tank (also called over-pumping)
- Noisy pump, pump frequently needs replacing.
- Heat exchangers blocked / partially blocked leading to boilers making banging noises or starts up just to cut out.
